Most of Mena shares closed Thursday’s session in the green Bahraini shares closed on negative notes.

Bahraini shares were trading lower on today as the primary Bahraini index BAX lost 0.12 percent or 1.553 points to end the session in the red at 1348.60 pressured by losses in Basic Materials sectors.

On the other hand, Qatar equities closed the session in the green where QSI added 0.57 percent or 55.81 points to end the session up at 9,784.31 boosted by the gains in Financials and Industrials.

On the energy front, WTI Oil prices fell Thursday’s session to trade at $71.96 per barrel at 15:00 GMT.

Meanwhile, Brent Oil traded lower to trade at $81.57 a barrel at 15:00 GMT.

 

Saudi Stock Market:

Saudi Arabia stocks were higher on today’s trading session. Saudi’s primary index TASI added by 0.06 percent or 5.13 to settle up at 7,898.68 boosted by the gains in Consumer Cyclicals and Healthcare.

Regarding stocks, the best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tabuk Cement Co SJSC, Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding Company SJSC, and Mouwasat Medical Services Co SJSC, which surged 6.49, 6.16 and 5.51 percent.

Meanwhile, Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Co CJSC was the worst performer of the session followed by Taiba Holding Co SJSCand which fell by 4.68 percent and 2.86 percent respectively.

 

United Arab Emirates Stock Market:

UAE shares closed today’s trading session in the green territory, as both Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets finished the session higher.

Abu Dhabi equities closed today ’s session in the green as Abu Dhabi’s leading benchmark ADI settled up at 4,947.92.

Ras Al Khaimah for White Cement and Construction Materials Co PSC was the best performer on today’s trading session as it rose by 14.5 percent, followed by Abu Dhabi National Hotels Co PJSC, which advanced by 6.90 percent.

Moreover, Dubai shares were trading higher as DFMGI rose by 1.81 percent or 50.19 points to settle up at 2,825.76 due to gains in the Financials sector.

In the corporate space, Takaful Emarat Insurance PJSC was the best performer on the DFM index, surging by 7.06 percent, followed by Emirates NBD Bank PJSC which gained 6.15 percent.

 

Egypt Stock Market:

Egyptian shares were higher on Wednesday’s session as EGX30 Added around 0.14 percent or 20.22 points to settle higher at 14,632.40.

Egyptian Resorts Co SAE was the top performer in the session as its stock rose by around 8.51 percent. On the flip side, Edita Food Industries plunged by 9.99 percent.
